Medium Phosphorus Electroless Nickel (Mid-P EN)
Medium phosphorus electroless nickel is a lead- and cadmium-free, environmentally compliant coating solution.
With 7 – 9% phosphorus content, it provides a balanced combination of corrosion resistance and mechanical performance.
Hardness values reach 47 – 53 HRC after plating and 65 – 72 HRC after heat treatment.
Thanks to its compliance with ELV, WEEE and RoHS, Mid-P EN is one of the most widely used general-purpose electroless nickel coatings.
