Black Electroless Nickel
Black Electroless Nickel is a functional coating achieved by applying a special oxidation system onto electroless nickel to obtain a black surface finish.
This process is lead-free and fully compliant with WEEE, RoHS and ELV directives.
With additional protective lacquer systems, high corrosion resistance can be achieved.
Compared to conventional black chromated zinc coatings, black electroless nickel provides superior electrical conductivity and wear resistance.
When applied over duplex nickel layers, excellent corrosion performance is obtained.
