Electroless Nickel – Boron (EN-B)
Electroless Nickel – Boron is a special alloy coating offering high hardness, high temperature resistance, and excellent wear performance.
Hardness values after plating are typically 53 – 56 HRC.
Good weldability and solderability make EN-B suitable for functional applications.
It is widely used in molds and glass molds, where it does not react with glass, provides long wear life, and delays fatigue and crack formation.
